Community Safety Alert: Suspicious Person Sighting

Dear Residents,

A suspicious individual was spotted in our neighborhood this morning at 9:13 AM on 203rd Ave E. Please remain vigilant and report any unusual activity to local authorities at 253-447-3231 or 253-287-4455.

Household Security Stipend
Did you know that the HOA Board approved a security stipend for all owners?  How the stipend works is that if any Kelley Glade household improves their security by installing a camera, motion light, alarm or etc the HOA will pay 20% the total cost up to $200.  For more details contact the KG HOA Security Committe by emailing kelleygladehoa@easyhoa.email or calling (253) 544-4427
